1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and win63 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of win63's website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services available at win63.cam and its associated subdomains.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. win63 may restrict access from certain regions or territories as required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a win63 account, you must:

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on win63. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. win63 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

win63 is required to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorized by you — is your responsibility. win63 will never request your password via email, chat, or phone. You must notify win63 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. win63 may impose a monthly administration fee on inactive accounts as notified to the Player. Prior to any deduction, win63 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder via registered email.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

win63 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your win63 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. win63 does not accept third-party deposits — funds must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name. win63 reserves the right to refuse any deposit that it reasonably suspects originates from unlawful activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent technically possible.
• win63 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to a few hours.
• win63 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

win63 offers various bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are disclosed with each offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

win63 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion between players, and exploitation of software errors or malfunctions. win63 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and close accounts, if abuse is detected.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on win63 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random, statistically unpredictable, and not manipulable by any party — including win63 itself. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party auditing bodies.

win63 publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game in the game information panel. Actual returns will vary over time due to the nature of statistical probability. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that results in an ambiguous or incorrect outcome, win63 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. win63's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on win63 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the platform.

• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with win63's systems, databases, or source code.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the win63 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface elements, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of win63 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from win63 without the prior written consent of win63 or the relevant rights holder.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win63, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage, even if win63 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

win63's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win63 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

win63 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

win63 may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units under applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with legal requirements and without prior notice to the Player where legally required.

11. Responsible Gaming

• The Player's account is involved in suspicious activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• The continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk to win63.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to mediation under Philippine law. win63's decisions on gaming matters (such as game outcomes, bonus adjudication, and technical malfunctions) are final and binding once made in accordance with these Terms.

14. Amendments to These Terms

win63 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their account's registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the win63 platform after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
